Yield ahead

As you approach the intersection, you notice a sign that reads "Yield ahead." You slow down, preparing to stop if necessary. Suddenly, a sleek black sports car zooms past you, ignoring the yield sign. You watch in horror as the car collides with a pedestrian crossing the street.
